    Appearance and aroma
Intense copper colour almost reddish, with a certain veiled touch. One finds an off-white, creamy and persistent foam due to its long maturation in the cellar. On the nose, the first thing that stands out is a combination of dark, roasted and not roasted malts and a certain fruity and sweet touch of cherries.

    Taste
It turns to be very curious and tasty. In the first sip, one discovers malty touches of toast, crust and even some caramel. Then fruity touches that are both sweet and with subtle acid nuances typical of cherries can be perceived too. With a medium intensity, the palate is balanced, pleasant. The medium bitterness is enough to balance the roasted malts and makes it very drinkable despite being dark. A different beer, without being a Kriek, but with a touch of cherry.
