BLUE VELVET -the violet gin- is a bold creation with powdery accents, built around the floral duo of violet and cherry blossom, combined with lemon. It shows off an overdose of violet, in the antipodes of the usual shy murmur of half measures and backlighting.
Along this stunning violet, the feminine aspect of a lily with timeless elegance. Moreover the cherry blossom gives it a contemporaneous touch.
Its iconic colour comes from the anthocyain extracted from vegetal sources, which also gives to the gin a fruity taste.
Because of its high content in anthocyain, when its pH changes (adding lemon or tonic), its colour changes from an intense blue to violet.
Add lime and its colour changes.

- Hearth notes: Lily, Cherry Blossom and Violet.
- Base notes: Juniper, Cardamom and Angelica.
