Like the PREMIUM reference and ORGANIC ROOTS, it is produced with the exclusive Empletre variety, 

It has a fruity and smooth flavor on the nose we perceive a soft fruity intensity in which we can enjoy hints of fresh grass and tomato. 
At the level of the mouth it flows, and its bitterness, its spicy flavor and its sweetness stand out for its balance and slight intensity. Those three attributes are accompanied by a slight astringent sensation and delicious nutty flavors. If we analyze the tasting notes, we define it as soft and delicate, low intensity, fruity, ripe and sweet.
