  • White wine made from the Muscat of Alexandria (50%), seedling (30%) and Riesling (20%) varieties. The grape comes from two young vines located around 600 meters high, in the Barcedana Valley (Spain).
  • Manual harvest and selection made in the vineyard
  • Fermentation is at 17ºC in stainless steel tanks and with the yeasts from the grape itself. Muscat has had a week of cold maceration with its skins and from Semillon and Riesling only the flower has been taken and a very soft first pressing
  • Aged for four months on its lees
  • No filtering, so it can contain precipitates
  • Fermentation: 17ºC

    Its location is in Montsec (Pallars Jussà · Lleida) in Spain pre-pirinees.

    The vineyards develop in a mediterranean mountain climate at an altitude of 600-700 m above sea level. Cold winters and warm summers. 

    They are vineyards of the Roca family with more than 30 years. 

    The winery is located in the small town of Sant Cristòfol de la Vall, in the Barcedana valley.
